We are an innovative industrial design and engineering company dedicated to creating safe, efficient, and high-performance shale shaker products for our customers. Working closely with our customers, our in-house engineering team designs and manufactures solids control equipment that meets and exceeds specific client and project requirements, thus ensuring the most efficient solids control equipment solution.

PRESIDENT & CEO

Carlos Garza has 24 years’ mechanical engineering experience in product design with strong background in new product development. He has held multiple lead engineering roles across different industries including Senior Mechanical Engineer at the Innovation Center for Delphi Automotive, Product Engineering Manager for National Oilwell Varco, and Senior R&D Advisor at the Technology group in Halliburton.


Throughout his career he has demonstrated exceptional ability to bring value to the team by means of delivering quick and assertive problem solving, ideation and out of the box thinking and the leverage of advanced modeling tools (FEA, CFD) to improve quality and reduce development cost. 


Carlos earned a Master of Science in engineering degree from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technological Institute of Chihuahua Mexico. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) since 2014, has 4 patents and multiple awards of excellence.


Outside work he enjoys spending time with his family, go out camping and riding mountain bike.
